Motortechnik modified high boost G60 supercharger, Neuspeed cam, drilled rotors and plug wires.Metalmaster pads. Bosch Platinum4 plugs. "Improved' alternator (rebuilt in Charlotte), Autothority Stage III chip & fuel regulator (Porsche high pressure unit)
Idle Stabilization Valve reroute kit, Eurosport intercooler pipes, Relief slots cut into fenderliner to improve airflow through intercooler. Brospeed headers and exhaust
Eibach springs and strut brace. Bilstein HD shocks and struts. Polyurethane bushings throughout the front end, BBS/Moda wheels, Dunlop Sport 5000 tires (interesting compromise). European headlights with 4x100w bulbs on high beam and relays to keep the high current out of the light switch. Different grill and larger rear spoiler. Alpine tape deck drives rear 2-way speakers, Alpine 200 watt 4 channel amp drives MB Quart tweeters in dash and midranges in doors. The other two channels run the Kicker subwoofer in a custom enclosure in left rear side of trunk/fender. Sound absorption foam on rear deck lid. Reflective window tinting.Recaro driver's seat with lumber support bladder. Repainted last year and no VW emblems anywhere; keeps 'em wondering!

So far the mods include: Techtonics exhaust, Techtonics 268 cam, a K&N panel filter in a gutted box, TT short shift kit and shift weight, 16v pressure plate, low temp cooling fan switch and thermostat. Deleted the A/C and it's heavy bracket along with all A/C components.
Future Plans: 2.0L short block with the original head, rebuilt and ported.
